Return and Exchange Policy within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Seneca, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide products of the highest quality, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer the possibility of exchange or return according to the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
- Returns can be requested within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with the original packaging and all accessories.
- Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for custom-made orders and sizes.
- The customer bears the shipping and return costs, unless the error is on our part.
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchanges can be requested within 5 days from the date of receipt.
- The desired replacement product must be available in stock.
- Exchanges, returns, and cancellations are not accepted for custom-made orders and sizes.
- The item to be exchanged must be unused and in its original condition.
- The customer bears the shipping and return costs, unless the error is on our part.
Order Non-Receipt Policy:
- If the customer does not receive the order after the courier has contacted them, and the shipment is returned to the warehouse, the customer must pay new shipping fees if they wish to resend the order.
- If the customer does not want to receive the order after it has been shipped, the shipping fees will be deducted from the purchase amount.
Order Submission Method:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the specified period.
- Provide us with the order number and photos (if available) to confirm the condition.
- The request will be processed within 2–4 working days after the returned or exchanged product reaches our warehouse.
Refund Method:
- The amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 5–7 working days.

⚠️ Important note regarding Tamara orders:
We apologize for not accepting return requests paid through Tamara, as Tamara deducts a direct percentage from the order value, which is not refunded to the store, making it impossible to refund the full amount.
